Andretti Indoor Karting and Games

This flagship project was the first of many for this type of facility. The design incorporated indoor go-cart racing, training rooms, party rooms, climbing walls, and a full-service restaurant. The 148,100-square-foot project included a two-level track that was completely indoors. Special routing of ductwork was engineered to provide uniform cooling throughout the facility. Given the densely populated spaces, NDBS employed new technologies to save the owner money through the reduction of outdoor air. To maintain good indoor air quality special air cleaning systems were included in the design.
