Ben Vacca

CEO & Founder

Ben leads our Design/Build Team. He is a registered Professional Engineer in over 25 states. He has 18+ years in design and management of commercial and industrial HVACR systems. He has a proven track record of providing cost effective mechanical designs that include Manufacturing Plants, Healthcare Facilities, Food Processing Plants, Cold Storage Facilities, Office Buildings, and Warehouse Distribution Centers. Ben was awarded the Top 40 under 40 award by ACHR News in 2016.

Ryan Weber

Chief Financial Officer

Ryan Weber, CPA, is our Chief Financial Officer.  A graduate of Saint Louis University with a B.S. in Accounting and a Masters in Accountancy, Ryan joined the NDBS Executive Team after nearly two decades of business consulting experience.  He provides leadership for the company’s finance and accounting activities, corporate strategic planning, and risk management.

Jeremy Krueger

Director of Safety & Technical Operations

Jeremy’s twelve years in the HVAC industry include experience in MEP consulting, equipment sales and design-build construction. Jeremy’s design background includes work with new and retrofit commercial construction, as well as institutional and historical HVAC renovations. Jeremy has been involved with the design and construction of several LEED buildings, including a corporate headquarters facility achieving a LEED Gold rating. Jeremy’s depth of knowledge in HVAC installation and building construction practices has proven to be a valuable asset for our general contractors and simplifies installation for our subcontractors.

Matt Gildehaus

Director of Engineering

Matt’s extensive knowledge of HVAC and process design and construction comes from his 12 years in the HVAC design-build industry. Matt’s wide range of experience includes office buildings, large chilled water plants, large steam plants, laboratory buildings, and process utilities design. Most of Matt’s projects have been BIM projects with matt leading the coordination effort for the design team. Matt has been involved in the design and construction of several LEED buildings, including a large laboratory building for a local university achieving LEED Gold rating.

Court Mitchell

Director of Operations

Court leads our Project Management team. He has held numerous roles in the HVAC industry over the past 20 years, including estimating, sales, project management, labor director and business owner. Involvement in retail, healthcare, multi-family residential, distribution and industrial markets has contributed to a broad range of project experience. With a focus on customer relationships and collaborative partnerships, Court provides leadership to the operations group ensuring the NDBS-quality project will be delivered on time and within budget to meet the needs of our clients.

Dan Siekman

Vice President, Pre-Construction

Dan leads our Pre-Construction Division, which consists of the Sales and Estimating teams. Dan has held numerous roles in the HVAC industry over the past 35 years in both the Plan & Spec and Design Build markets. He has demonstrated career success in executing bid strategies for negotiating and winning mechanical contracts in the Commercial, Healthcare, Mission Critical,  Distribution, and Industrial business sectors. Dan focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with our General Contractor and Subcontractor partners.
