Matt Gildehaus

Director of Engineering

Matt’s extensive knowledge of HVAC and process design and construction comes from his 12 years in the HVAC design-build industry. Matt’s wide range of experience includes office buildings, large chilled water plants, large steam plants, laboratory buildings, and process utilities design. The majority of Matt’s projects have been BIM projects with Matt leading the coordination effort for the design team. Matt has been involved in the design and construction of several LEED buildings, including a large laboratory building for a local university achieving LEED Gold rating.
