Director of Pre-Construction

Dan leads our Pre-Construction Division, which consists of the Sales and Estimating teams. Over the past 35 years, Dan has held numerous roles in the HVAC industry in both the Plan & Spec and Design Build markets. Dan has demonstrated career success in executing bid strategies for negotiating and winning mechanical contracts in the Commercial, Healthcare, Mission Critical, Distribution, and Industrial business sectors. Dan focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with our General Contractor and Subcontractor partners.
