NDBS engineered and installed HVAC systems for this new McDonalds distribution center. The project includes 130,000 square feet of distribution combined with 12,000 square feet of office and a 10,000-square-foot truck maintenance facility. Systems installed include packaged rooftop equipment for dry storage areas and remote office areas, ventilation of ammonia refrigeration engine room, office VAV systems, HVLS fans and full DDC building management system.
