Kennedy International, headquartered in Old Bridge, New Jersey, has offered top brands in the retail market for over 30 years. Their new 300,000-square-foot warehouse is semi-heated in cold weather and ventilated in warm weather. NDBS provided all of the HVAC and gas piping for this state-of-the-art warehouse. In addition to warehouse space, there is a fully-conditioned 10,000-square-foot, 2-story office area and 2,000-square-foot remote office area. Gas-fired make-up air units, large up-blast ventilation fans, 24’ diameter high volume low speed fans, and intake louvers were all installed by NDBS according to specifications, in order to achieve the desired warehouse conditions. The office areas were all conditioned using constant-volume rooftop units.
