NDBS engineered the HVAC systems for this new building, which provides Destination Maternity a state-of-the-art distribution center with greater space and new material handling equipment to increase its capacity and efficiency of operations. The 406,000-square-foot project includes 17,000 square feet of new office space and 389,000 square feet of conditioned warehouse. NDBS also installed HVLS fans throughout the facility for additional air movement and occupant comfort.
