Burlington Coat Distribution

This project is a newly constructed 600,000-square-foot warehouse facility occupied by Burlington Coat Factory. The warehouse is heated with six (6) Cambridge direct-fired natural gas make up air units and includes two (2) barometric relief dampers for pressure relief purposes. The office areas are served by constant volume rooftop systems. For zoning capabilities, a Zonex VVT control system was installed.
