This design-build, LEED Gold project with ARCO Design Build is a 130,000-square-food office/warehouse with training facilities. Through our design, the building achieved a 45% reduction in energy usage based on ASHRAE 90.1-2004, qualifying for 10 points in energy and atmosphere credit.

The warehouse is heated with a high-efficiency, direct-fired make up air unit and is ventilated by a roof mounted exhaust fan and filtered intake louvers. The office area is conditioned using a high-efficiency, gas-fired VAV rooftop unit with shut off VAV terminal boxes on the interior and series fan-terminal boxes with ECM motors and electric heat at exterior exposures.

The training facilities are served by a gas-fired VVT rooftop system. The office and training areas have a fully integrated building automation system for monitoring of the building mechanical systems.
