This 1.1-million-square-foot distribution facility for Johnson & Johnson, a world leader in consumer health products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals and biologics, is located in Hendricks County, Indiana and received a LEED Gold rating. The warehouse consists of sixty (60) high-efficiency, gas-fired rooftop units for a total of 1050 tons of cooling. The 24,000-square-foot office space includes a high-efficiency variable air volume rooftop unit serving interior VAV boxes and exterior fan terminal units with ECM motors

The facility is equipped with a state-of-the-art DDC controls system throughout the warehouse and office areas. Parallel to the temperature controls system in the warehouse is a validated temperature and humidity monitoring system that meets the criteria of CFR Title 21, part 11. This system is provided to meet FDA requirements for electronic records and signatures and assures tight temperature and humidity control.
