QPSI has been serving the marketing, packaging, and supply chain management needs of the pharmaceutical and consumer goods industries for over 30 years. To maintain their creative, efficient, and reliable service they needed a new space. NDBS engineered the HVAC systems for QPSI’s new 340,000-square-foot building and was part of the team that met the challenge to design and construct a facility that met the client’s required flexibility and aggressive budget. The new building Includes 20,000 square feet of new office space, 200,000 square feet of conditioned packaging and warehouse space with nine modular packaging rooms, and 120,000 square feet of heat only warehouse. By thoroughly reviewing the client’s equipment list, we were able to refine a consultant’s design and reduce the total project tonnage by over 150 tons.
