MTC Logistics, founded in 1928, is one of the oldest and largest temperature-controlled logistics companies on the east coast. This Maryland facility is both the company’s corporate headquarters and a port that puts MTC at the doorstep of international markets. The 285,000-square-foot building features a two-story office area conditioned with high-efficiency DX packaged roof top units adjacent to a cold storage area consisting of a cold dock, USDA room, 36° cooler, -10° freezer and a -20° freezer.
